Your safe space for

trauma (individual, racial, family)

and spiritual abuse

a safe haven for the hurt and weary

An open notebook for a client to process emotional journey after a therapy session

Can you relate?

  • You lost a part of you due to an adverse childhood experience. You want healing but nothing is shifting. Yet you know there’s more for you. You want to unlock the door to find the truest and healthiest version of who you are.

  • You feel never “enough.” For this or that person (Or group of people). The same old “Who am I?” question. Or cultural identity issues. It hovers over your head like a mosquito - doesn’t seem to go away. Just so slyly adapting in its attack on you.

  • Honestly, you didn’t know. You were innocent. Then things just started to happen, now feeling a bit traumatized.. and scared to open your heart to someone else again. You now acknowledge you’re hurt in need to process it.

  • You feel so lonely and depressed. You feel like no one is listening.

  • It wasn’t right. S/he should not have taken advantage of you. Especially given their spiritual authority. And you feel no one is by your side.
